Terms and Conditions:
Thank you for considering Hamilton Trader Ltd.. We want you to be delighted with your new grass and to help your purchase go as smoothly as possible we have produced the following guide so you will know exactly what to expect from us.


Payment by credit or debit card:
Payment using a debit card or credit card is required at the time of order. Payment is made via PayPal / STRIPE. Hamilton Trader Ltd. will automatically acknowledge your order via e-mail. If, for any reason, your goods have not been dispatched within 30 days of your order being placed you have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund. “We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties”

Cancellations and returns policy:
If for some reason you need to cancel your order before delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. If the goods have not been cut/dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund payment to your card. If the goods have already been cut/dispatched we may be able to cancel the delivery,

If you have received the goods and wish to return them then this can be arranged provided that you pay the carriage. The balance of your account minus the carriage will be refunded once we have received the goods back in good condition. If you received free delivery, you will be charged the delivery rate for your area and the weight of goods supplied.

If you wish to return a product, please inform us text/ call on 07878539923 within 30 days of delivery. We regret that we cannot accept returns if product have been used and is not in Resalable condition.
