I grew up in Scotland and have worn lots of kilts, but never a Tam O’Shanter, so I was interested to try one out.
It’s of fairly decent quality, with an inside lining and good outer material. I think it’s a little small for my XL head, but it does go on. The headband is elasticated, so it stretches to fit most head sizes.
